Since 1 July 2014 the General Part of the Economic Activities Code Act comes into force that reforms licensing system for companies and replaces existing registrations of economic activities in the respective register. For more information, refer to the summary table.
As the result, since 1 July 2014 with coming into force of the Economic Activities Code Act, Larssen companies became the companies acting on the basis of the license in the field of corporate services.
Larssen companies have also received another additional license.
7 October 2014. Money laundering information bureau issued the license for acting as a financial institution to Larssen CS OÜ.
8 October 2014. Money laundering information bureau issued the license for acting as a financial institution to OÜ Larssen Capital.
Thus Larssen is a licensed specialist in its major field of activity!
