Economic activity requires registration (based on notice of economic activities) in the Register of Economic Activities. Some types of business require an operating licence.
Starting from 1 July 2014 the General Part of the Economic Activities Code Act came into force that reformed licensing system for companies and replaced existing registrations of economic activities in the respective register. For more information, refer to the summary table.
